Responsibilities
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Work with customers on streamlining their metadata and taxonomy configurations
Perform quality assurance
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Help design, document and maintain system workflows
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to services team
Communicate key insights and findings to services team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis related to Digital Asset Management
A degree in IT / Computer Science or other
Minimum 4 years of experience in the Digital Asset Management world
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Preferred Skills
Strong DAM expertise and experience
