Business Systems Analyst
Job Description
EIX Global is looking for an energetic business systems analyst to join their US based team. The main responsibilities include review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs, document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. The business systems that EIX Global serves are digital asset management, business process management, and information management centric.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, problem solving skills.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in delivering enterprise application solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of content development processes and familiarity with marketing technology
- Experience in, or knowledge of, an Agile software development environment a plus
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and a demonstrated ability to self-motivate
- Ability to establish priorities while balancing technical and business requirements
- Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, and inspire teams
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Digital Asset Management systems is a plus
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Responsibilties Include:
- Determine content management objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications to metadata and taxonomy structures, and workflows
- Recommend controls by identifying problems
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to client committees
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a home/office environment. An individual in this position:
- Frequently remains stationary throughout the typical business day
- Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer
- Occasionally moves about inside the office
- Frequently communicates with customers, coworkers, and management via email and over the phone, occasionally in-person
